For one of our clients - one of the world BPO leaders- we are looking for -TTechnical Support Specialist Level 1 with Russian, Polish, Portuguese, French, German or Dutch.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Delivering the best professional technical support for computer products;
* Manage cases and sub-cases to ensure timely and high quality communication with customers and resolution of all issues.;
* Develop a relationship with the customer in order to ensure improved collaboration and satisfaction in support;
* Provide assistance with basic installation, setup, and general technical usage;
* Ensure that all customers are satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive.
* Fluent in one of the following languages: Russian, Polish, Portuguese, French, German or Dutch;
* English language - at least B2 level;
* Experience in customer/technical service is advantage;
* Expertise with Outlook, Skype for business, SharePoint;
* Enjoy playing game as a hobby.
