Your role as Customer support representative:
1. Communicating with courteously with customers by telephone, email or chat.
2. Handling customer complaints;
3. Addressing customer complaints quickly and effectively;
4. Addressing customers needs in a professional timely manner;
5. Provide assistance for customer inquiries related to the company services.
6. Building sustainable relationships of trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
