About the role:
The Sales Representative is responsible for selling the company’s services by identifying leads, communicating with prospects through calls or visits, and ultimately converting them into clients. We never give up, we care about every customer, and we’ll do whatever it takes to get people over the line – to become happy CelléBrium customers. We are not afraid to hear “No”, knowing that every “No” brings us closer to the next “Yes”. We see sales as an art. We enjoy communicating with different people and thrive in a challenging environment.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
Proactively contact customers to answer any questions and concerns and guide them through to application completion
Present, promote and sell CelléBrium's products to existing and prospective customers
Engage customers in critical points to drive sign-ups and conversions
Have the option to work full-time in the office or part-time on foot – visiting potential clients
Track sales and send status reports
Continuously hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
A record of academic achievement (a plus)
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to communicate with different people
