The current opening is for a seasoned IT professional with hand-on experience with networking, system administration, backup, application management, database management, storage management, proactive monitoring, device maintenance and support of corporate equipment and infrastructure.
He/she should be able to provide professional high-quality services under challenging but rewarding conditions (relocation) for a period of 12 months with option to extend.
The employee will act as a system and network administrator.
The duties will include setup of new servers and environments, integration, configuration and troubleshooting services for the data-center and several remote sites across the country.
The employee will work with vendor specialists on the one hand and with the customer on the other.
The scope also includes facilitation of the remote support activities of the DBA, backup, storage, network and the other experts engaged in the project as well as transferring knowledge to the local team and keeping comprehensive and updated documentation.
The position requires excellent skills and practice on L2 and L3 networking, VPN, firewall, storage, backup and archive of data, high-availability, virtualization, electrical power distribution management, relational and big-data databases, Linux and Microsoft based operating systems, monitoring data analytical interpretation, datacenter and end user hardware installation, maintenance and support.

The candidate must be mature, independent, fast thinker and agile.
● Diploma/Certificate in Systems and Networks management / administration.
● Ten years hands-on experience in system administration.
• Please specify Sys admin levels of experience and knowledge in any of the following:
o Windows Server and Client
o Virtualization in Windows environments
o Virtualization in Linux environments
o Data Backup and archiving
o Databases –
o MS SQL
o My SQL
o Shell scripting in Linux and in Windows OS
o IP networking (dynamic routing, VLAN switching, DNS, DHCP, firewall, VPN, proxy etc.)

o UPS and electrical power distribution
o Datacenter wiring
o Editing and maintenance of documentation (Word/Visio/SharePoint etc.)

o Cisco switches and routers

o High level programming languages such as Powershell, Bash, Python, PHP, HTML etc.
