What Are You Going To Do?

As a QA Team Lead you will be expected to successfully lead a team of QA engineers to deliver best in ecommerce, along with designing, creating, and running test suites for the e-commerce solutions of global brands.



Main Responsibilities:

Participate in designing and monitors creation of test plans, test cases preparation and execution
Optimize, expand, and monitor results of existing test suites
Manage deployments on the team testing environments
Work in an Agile team that delivers high quality solutions, on time and on budget
Lead a QA engineers’ team – able to drive team members to reach technical and personal growth


What Do We Expect?

Sound knowledge solid experience with QA methodologies, testing techniques, and SDLC
Experience with test plans and test cases preparation and execution
Experience with Project Management tools
Hands on experience and proven track record in leading a team of QA engineers, testing modern solutions, (40% mentoring 60% testing)
Expert in written and verbal communication – able to work and collaborate effectively with technical, non-technical team members and/or clients
Experience with test automation will be considered as a plus
Proven problem-solving skills
Team player
Knowledge and experience within ecommerce is considered a plus
