For the current expansion of activities, we are supporting the organisation in recruiting an experienced IT Senior Professional to hold the position of:

Software Development Manager (.NET / C#)

Your key responsibilities:

• Leading the software development team;
• Driving the delivery of enterprise solutions;
• Defining the software development strategies, ensuring high-quality project execution;
• Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve the set business goals.

Expected skills, knowledge and experience:

• 4+ years of professional Team management / Leadership experience in IT;
• 5+ years of previous practical experience with .NET / C# / SQL Server / Web APIs;
• Solid knowledge of enterprise software architecture and SDLC;
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, supported by a solid technical background;
• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Engineering, (Business) Informatics, or other IT-related discipline;
• Very good written and spoken English.
