SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER (ServiceNow)

About the Role:

As part of the technical team, you'll take a lead role in designing and developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow. You'll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to turn ideas into working solutions that improve operations and user experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Building and configuring modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or FSM;
- Leading design sessions and translating business needs into technical specifications;
- Creating portals, automation flows, and custom scripts;
- Troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth platform performance;
- Supporting upgrades, testing, and production rollouts;
- Sharing your knowledge with junior developers and helping the team grow;
- Keeping up with new ServiceNow features and recommending improvements.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar IT specialty;
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting;
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external systems;
- Solid understanding of workflows, Flow Designer, UI policies, and Service Portal;
- ServiceNow CSA certification (other certificates like CIS, CAD, CTA are a big plus);
- Basic knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus;
- Very good command of English (both written and verbal).
