They are expanding their activity in Bulgaria and are looking for a professional to take the role of:      DATA ANALYST
  In this role, you will be a key person, responsible for supporting system migrations and configurations, including SQL Server upgrades and environment transitions. Ensures smooth data flow and system consistency through detailed analysis before and after implementation. Develops and maintains SQL scripts and supports ETL processes, with optional use of Python for automation and data validation. Collaborates with IT teams and vendors to uphold data integrity and maintains clear technical documentation while fostering a collaborative work environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical projects, ensure data integrity, and work within a collaborative banking environment.     Expected knowledge, skills, and experience:

- 3+ years of previous experience as an ETL Expert, ML Specialist, Data Analyst, or similar specialty; - Experience with different tools (i.e., Python, SAS, or R) for data analysis, automation, and validation tasks;
- In-depth knowledge of MS Excel - master level; - Experience with system migrations, especially involving financial data and regulatory reporting; - Good understanding of ETL processes and data integration methodologies; - Good knowledge of credit risk or capital adequacy within a banking or fintech institution; - Good knowledge of T-SQL, performance tuning, and data modeling will be a great advantage, but it is not mandatory!
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any economics-related discipline is an advantage, but it is not mandatory!
