We are looking for a client-focused Account Manager for one of our clients to guide customers from signed contract to successful service delivery. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while building strong, long-term relationships with business clients. It requires excellent communication skills, customer-oriented thinking, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Candidates with more than 2 years of relevant experience will be considered with higher priority.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the client onboarding process after successful contract signature.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct detailed kickoff meetings to align on objectives, timelines, and client requirements.
- Assist clients with onboarding procedures, facilitate implementation, and proactively remove blockers.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain timely and proactive communication with clients throughout the onboarding journey.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS onboarding, Account Management, Implementation, or Customer Success.
- Previous experience in the payments industry will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience managing business (B2B) clients.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable internal tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools.
