We are currently looking for a Client Success Manager to join one of our clients – a well-established company operating in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact, providing professional support and tailored solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and introduce additional services based on client needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and an outstanding customer experience.
• Monitor client performance, collect feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports, conduct account reviews, and provide valuable business insights to clients.
Requirements:
• Excellent command of English (C1 level), both written and spoken – mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create lasting partnerships.
• Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in client management, business development, sales, or the financial services industry will be considered an advantage.
• Team player with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
