General Terms and Conditions
Zaplata.bg is a site owned by „REZON” Ltd., registered under company file no. 1182/1995 on the docket of the Sofia City Court, UIC: 121184622, VAT ID no: 121184622, with with registered seat and address of management at 11A, „Carnegie” str., Sofia, phone: +359 2 145 9699, e-mail: [email protected]. „Rezon” Ltd. is part of group of companies united under the brand „Rezon media” offering printing and advertising services and development of sites.

Any person who has loaded zaplata.bg in his/her browser or was transferred to zaplata.bg should acquaint with the General Terms and Conditions. The person should immediately leave the site if he/she does not want to become a user, and/or to provide data and information, and/or to access data and information.

The working language of Zaplata.bg is Bulgarian.

By using Zaplata.bg users shall be bound by our General Terms and Conditions.

Registration and user services

Zaplata.bg grants its users the right to benefit from the services provided after registration. The registration procedure is organized in details on the site and contains specific guidelines for facilitation and help.

User registration of type „Employer” - User wishing to publish ads for job vacancies.

User registration of type „Applicant” - User wishing to apply for job vacancies.

Obligations of the user

Type of employer:

Only Employers (organizations, traders, etc.) can publish ads for job vacancies in Zaplata.Bg.

In Zaplata.Bg can be published ads only for actually existing job vacancies for which is provided corresponding position with the employer, as well as for real jobs.

Zaplata.Bg does not advertise homeworking.

Zaplata.Bg is entitled to delete ads with obscene content and ads conflicting to Internet ethics or having clearly immoral content and ads that do not relate to the offering of specific work position.

Employers violating or not complying with the General Terms and Conditions are not entitled to compensation and their ads shall be deleted.

Zaplata.Bg is entitled to refuse re-registration or activation of Employer committed more than one breach of these rules.

Zaplata.Bg is entitled to ban publications from certain IP addresses, e-mails or phones that violate the rules on posting ads in Zaplata.Bg

Zaplata.Bg reserves the right to update the rules for posting ads, and employers are required periodically to familiarize with them. New rules on posting ads shall enter into force on the day of their announcement on the site.

In one ad, employers may declare one type of job opening.

Zaplata.Bg is entitled to cancel registrations of employers not complying with the rules for posting ads.

The data, through which the biographies of candidates for employment in Zaplata.bg are formed, are stored in the database of the site. Zaplata.bg does not duplicate these data to provide employers, but only visualizes them in the appropriate form. The purpose of collecting, processing and storing these data is on Zaplata.bg and with the explicit consent of the data subject. To the extent that such data is personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EC) 2016/679 and in respect of such personal data, Zaplata.bg is a Personal Data Administrator and only a Personal Data Administrator. Employers may choose to collect, store, and process biographical data associated with their ads at Zaplata.bg outside of the platform, but this automatically makes them Data Administrators with respect to those collected, stored or processed data from applications outside Zaplata. bg where they should comply with the requirements of the Regulation.

- The Employer is an Administrator of Personal Data regarding the applications received in his / her account and should comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) 2016/679.

- The employer is obligated by all means not demand from candidates to send special category of data by the law definition in article 9 and 10 from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by ZAPLATA>BG

Such as:

-Data revealing your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of trade unions, or your genetic information, biometric data, health status, sexual or sexual orientation, or data that is related to your convictions and violations.

-identity documents, as well as personal ID number, passport / ID card number, etc. similar.

Type of applicant:

The applicant hereby declare that he/she shall not create more than one User Profile and shall not provide his/her username and password to third parties.

The applicant hereby declares that he/she has reached the age of fourteen, and shall provide only accurate, correct and complete information, which will be duly and timely updated in case of change.

The applicant hereby declares that he/she shall abide to the rules of Internet ethics and shall not violate the provisions of the Bulgarian legislation. The applicant shall not post content containing pornographic materials, nudity, incitement to commit crimes and discrimination, pages with information which is known or presumed to be protected by copyright or other legal rights, including offensive or false content.

Obligations of Zaplata.bg

Zaplata.bg shall not require users to provide personal information, but if such become aware the site guarantees that such information will be stored according to the requirements of the Bulgarian legislation and the information will be provided to the competent state authorities only in cases provided by the law under strict compliance of the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. Zaplata.bg reserves the right to record, transmit and process information provided by the users.

Zaplata.bg shall be entitled to reasonable adjustments of information posted by the users and shall delete information that has been posted by users in violation with the rules.

Zaplata.bg shall grant users with the right to make suggestions on the site operation, to file complaints for problems or ill-intentioned actions of another user(s), as well as for cases of incorrect implementation of obligations of Zaplata.bg at the following address - [email protected]

Payments

Zaplata.bg provides paid services. The services are paid to „Rezon” Ltd., in a manner specified in Zaplata.bg. Some primary accounting documents can be created and reported on-line in compliance with the legislation of Bulgaria and the EU. Paid services are as follows: Top ads, Vip ads, Ad status „Urgent”, Confidential ads, Ads for jobs outside Bulgaria, Ad promotion.

Payment for services provided by Zaplata.bg is done in the following ways:

- In cash /EasyPay/;
- Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron;
- By a bank transfer;
- On ATM
- ePay.bg;

Rezon Ltd informs its clients about the services provided by the site Zpalata.bg that it does not accept payments in cash as of 01.04.2019

Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by „Rezon Ltd.” in order to increase quality of existing services and the introduction of new service. Amendments may also result from changes in the Bulgarian legislation.

„Rezon” Ltd. reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments shall be published on the official page of the site and shall enter into force from the day of their publishing. Users should review updates of the General Terms and Conditions and should conform to them.

Settlement of disputes. Applicable Law

All disputes arising in the relations between site users and „Rezon Ltd.” in connection to the site shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if no agreement is reached before the competent courts in the city of Sofia and according to the Bulgarian legislation.
