Technical Assistant with English

As we grow, we are looking for a Technical Assistant to support our internal systems, help automate processes, and assist with day-to-day technical operations.

- Basic coding skills and experience with bot creation – Required
- Data analysis experience – Required
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Familiar with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and general IT operations
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Good understanding of hardware and system setup (PCs, phones, etc.)
- Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple tasks
- Quick to react and help when technical issues arise
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Open to change, adaptable, and proactive
We're looking for someone who is technically capable and has the mindset of a problem solver, always learning and improving.
- Prepare and manage daily technical and operational reports
- Analyze data and identify technical or performance trends
- Create bots and automate simple internal workflows
- Collaborate with telecom and VOIP providers for troubleshooting
- Manage user accounts (CRM, Google, MS Teams, internal systems)
- Assist in preparing and delivering training materials (slides, videos, guides)
- Conduct basic onboarding for new software and reports(technical setup and initial training)
- Set up workstations, hardware, and software for employees
