We are helping the company to recruit an experienced and motivated IT Professional to hold the position of:

Desktop Application Support Specialist

Main responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for installing, imaging, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, drivers, and software, preparing and deploying IT equipment in line with project and business requirements. In addition, you will provide troubleshooting and support for desktop computers, mobile devices, and peripherals, leveraging tools such as WDS (Windows Deployment Services) for imaging and centralized management, and SCCM and Microsoft Intune for device and software administration.

Essential requirements for the role:

- 4+ years of professional experience in Digital Workplace and Desktop Applications Support;

- Expertise in digital workplace environments, including MS Windows 11, Microsoft 365, end-user devices, and cross-platform (Android/iOS/macOS) support;

- Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (preferably Microsoft Intune), SCCM, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD);

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

- Good command of English- both written and verbal;
