We are currently supporting them in hiring several experienced and motivated IT professionals to hold the position of:


SCRUM MASTER


Some of your duties:

The role will be related to contributions for the successful implementation of Agile principles and practices within the organization, with a strong focus on team development, process optimization, and implementation of a sustainable Agile culture.


Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

- 2+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in FinTech or IT company;
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Software Engineering, or other economic or IT-related specialty;
- Experience in Agile-related methodologies;
- Experience with at least one of these tools - Jira, Confluence, or/and ServiceNow;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level or higher).

* Any certifications (CSM, A-CSM, PSM®, etc.) will be considered an advantage, but are not mandatory.
