PROCESS and PROJECT ENGINEER

Main responsibilities: 

• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes 

• Assess processes, take measurements 

• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes 

• Create process documentation and working instructions 

• Coordination and preparation for acceptance of new products into production:

 - Determine and define project team 

- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner 

- Develop and manage a detailed project plan 

- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Requirements: 

• University degree in Engineering 

• Computer competence 

• Proficiency in English; German language is advantage 

• Knowledge of problem solving tools 

• Experience in manufacturing - automotive production is advantage 

• Ability to meet deadlines 

• Ability to establish and maintain good professional relationships, teamwork

• Ability to multitask and prioritize 

• Good negotiation and problem solving skills
