Your Role
As a Continuous improvement engineer, you will play a key role in participation in the introduction, optimization and development of manufacturing processes .
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and optimization of existing production processes;
- Application of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA, and SPC techniques;
- Developing KPIs and performance measurement systems;
- Conducting problem-solving workshops;
- Creating and maintaining documentation and process maps;
- Assisting in building a culture of continuous improvement;
- Analyzing product quality issues, defining and monitoring improvement measures;
- Acceptance and implementation of new equipment and machines;
- Coordination of prototype assembly unit production, ensuring deadlines and quality are met;
- Cost optimization through technological changes in processes, equipment, and materials.
What We’re Looking For
- Engineering education.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
- Experience in process optimization, quality management, and Lean/6σ practices
- High level of English .
- Experience with ERP systems would be considered as an advantage.
- Attention to detail and good teamwork skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive.
