Junior Purchasing Specialist

In connection with the large volume of work of our client, we are looking for:

Junior Purchasing Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely and quality execution of orders;
- Assist the process of monitoring and planning stock availability following communication with production and warehouse departments;
- Provide support and resolve queries of internal customers;
- Support process of optimization of purchasing regarding total costs of procurement.
- All these tasks will be under the supervision of the Purchasing Specialist
-Experience with measuring equipment


Requirements:

- At least a Bachelor's Degree in technical/ economical field/administration;
- Strong problem solving, negotiation, and organizational skills;
- Strong MS Office knowledge and experienced in working with Excel;
- Very good verbal and written English;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, time management and multi-tasking skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to create a positive work environment;
- Willingness to adapt to fast changing processes and requirements.
