Customer Relations Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Relations Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of customer relations and product quality. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Customer Complaint Handling: Efficiently process and follow up on customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Attend meetings with customers and related parties, serving as a reliable point of contact for quality-related matters.
- Technical Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough technical analysis of complaint and warranty parts, providing detailed reports to the customer.
- Root Cause Analysis: Initiate and follow up on root cause analysis to identify the source of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Customer Re-debits: Process and follow up on customer re-debits to ensure fair resolution of financial matters.
- Sorting Actions Coordination: Organize sorting actions with external service providers (sorting companies) to address non-conformances effectively.
- Work Instructions Management: Create and update work instructions for assembly and production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Operator Training: Provide training to machine operators in accordance with work instructions related to quality issues.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Oversee the sorting log book, inventory of non-conforming parts, and ensure compliance with work instructions during sorting activities.


To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Academic Degree: A degree in engineering, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in German and/or English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with international stakeholders.
- MS-Office Proficiency: Excellent skills in MS-Office applications to facilitate data analysis and reporting.
- Automotive Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, showcasing a deep understanding of industry practices.
- Quality Standards: Strong knowledge in IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and 8D Reports, emphasizing your commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Precise and Reliable: Known for your precision, exactness, and reliability in executing tasks and delivering results.
