Claim Analysis Quality Engineer

Position Overview:

As an Claim Analysis Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality for incoming materials and components. Your expertise will be essential in conducting thorough analyses of quality claims, implementing effective solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and analyze quality claims related to incoming materials, working closely with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop preventive measures to eliminate recurrence of quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incoming material quality concerns in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of inspection procedures, analyses, and corrective actions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry, with a focus on incoming material control and claim analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards.
• Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
