Shellfish Ireland is a leading supplier of premium Irish seafood, known for quality, freshness, and teamwork. We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our production support team based within the factory environment. This role combines administrative tasks with hands-on support in production, so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys both office work and being part of a busy, dynamic team.

The Role will include:
• Creating and printing product labels accurately
• Recording and transferring batch numbers for stock adjustments during production
• Capturing and maintaining daily processing records
• Supporting the retail team with packing, weighing, and labelling products when needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area
• Adhering to factory hygiene and PPE requirements (including wearing a hairnet and coat when entering production areas)

Requirements:
• Good English language skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email, and printing documents/labels)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene procedures, including PPE requirements
• Previous experience in administration or a production environment is helpful but not required — full training will be provided

Please note: While part of this role involves administrative tasks, the position is based within the factory, so candidates should be comfortable working in a factory environment with PPE and hygiene procedures.
