Factory Operative

Shellfish Ireland is a leading supplier of premium Irish seafood, known for quality, freshness and teamwork. We are currently looking for motivated and reliable persons to join our busy production team.

 The Role will include:

• Prepare seafood orders according to company standards.

• •        Accurately label and weigh products

• •        Pack orders quickly and efficiently
• •       Pasteurisation duties (full training will be provided)
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area
• Working closely with your team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• Basic English language skills is a must
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
• Flexibility to work longer hours when needed, including weekends or busy periods
• Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not required all training will be provided
