SQA SPECIALIST
Currently we are looking to employ a SQA Specialist.
General purpose of the job:
Responsible for ensuring smooth operations with material suppliers by organizing, overseeing, and continuously improving the receiving inspection process and supplier quality assurance activities. This includes coordinating and supervising supplier interactions related to the quality of materials and components delivered to production lines, investigating and resolving material quality issues identified during incoming inspection, production, or reported by customers, and implementing corrective actions, quality audits, and improvement strategies to prevent recurrence.
Main responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and manage the activities and performance of SQA (Receiving Inspection) Operators, including delivering regular and ad‑hoc training;
Organize, coordinate, and participate in receiving inspection of raw materials and components to ensure timely supply to production lines;
Manage receiving inspection and supplier evaluation procedures, including full document flow and data management;
Coordinate raw material validation with project teams, including PPAP documentation approval;
Lead supplier initial approval, evaluation, classification, and ongoing qualification, including maintenance of the approved vendor list and ISO certificate tracking;
Plan and conduct supplier process and product audits, and coordinate biannual supplier evaluations for company;
Organize qualification testing of incoming materials and components when required;
Analyze non‑conformities and environmentally impactful materials, define corrective and continuous improvement actions, and manage the Supplier QRQC zone;
Request, track, and verify supplier corrective actions and coordinate substitute component deliveries, including invoicing clarification;
Prepare, analyze, and regularly present reports on receiving inspection results and supplier quality performance;
Requirements:
Technical University Degree – Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science preferable;
Very good written and spoken English – correspondence with international suppliers;
Very good computer literacy – MS Office (Excel);
Knowledge on IATF 16949 is a plus;
Excellent organization and communication skills;
Pro-active and able to work independently and deliver results without supervision;
Previous experience with supplier communication is a plus;
Previous (automotive) industry exposure is most welcome;
