Warehouse Supervisor

Your Responsibilities:
• Operations: Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Logistics: Ensure timely and accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of finished goods and packaging.
• Planning: Plan personnel, shifts, equipment, and warehouse capacity.
• Inventory: Ensure accurate stock movements, inventory audits, waste control, and product rotation.
• Safety: Responsible for compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Efficiency: Monitor and improve productivity, forklift utilization, and space optimization.
• Asset Management: Manage warehouse equipment, maintenance, and external service providers.
• HR Support: Participate in staff recruitment and training.

What We Expect from You:
• Education: University degree in logistics, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse leadership position.
• Industry: Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector or manufacturing.
• Digital Skills: MS Office proficiency and experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Languages: English language proficiency at a minimum B1+ level (written and spoken).
