Are you ready to deliver outstanding customer support for a leading internet service provider in the UK?
We are seeking motivated and service-oriented  Customer Service Representatives  based in Sofia to join a dynamic team supporting a major telecom client.

You'll handle customer inquiries with care and professionalism, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with  billing queries  ,  installation  , and  activation  support

• Provide exceptional service via  phone and email/ticketing systems

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date  customer records

• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to resolve issues and deliver high-quality service

We're Looking For:

• Excellent  English  skills (written & spoken)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, "can-do" attitude and a  solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to  multi-task  , work under pressure, and stay organized

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

 We Offer:

• Fully paid training  :

  • 2 weeks product training + 1 week transition coaching

• Working schedule after training  :

  • 8-hour shifts between 10:00–22:00, Monday to Sunday

• Hybrid work model  after 3 months:

  • 2 days from home, 3 days in office

• Salary  :

  • 2000 BGN gross during the first 2 months

  • 2200 BGN gross + up to 200 BGN monthly bonus from month 3 onwards
