Turkish and English Customer Support for Spotify (Remote within Bulgaria)
With operations in 60 countries and a presence in Bulgaria since 2008, our diverse team of more than 2,000 professionals supports customers in 17 different languages from Sofia, Varna, Burgas, and remote locations.
We're looking for motivated Customer Service Professionals with Turkish and English to join our team supporting Spotify, a leading global music streaming platform.
You'll help users through email and chat, working in a positive, international, and collaborative environment from the comfort of your home anywhere in Bulgaria.
This is a fixed-term position from November 6 to December 23, with no phone calls involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide email and chat support to platform users.
- Answer common "how-to" questions and frequently asked questions.
- Assist with account management and payment-related issues.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity.
Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish and English , both at C1 level.
- Valid authorization to work in Bulgaria.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
