Technical Commercial Assistant

Marc de Turck and Co – IDEAS Intl. is a fast-developing international organization providing private and public businesses and organizations in Bulgaria and Europe with individual and group training, coaching and project management services.

For our branch in Sofia, we are looking for a:
Technical Commercial Assistant (Part-time with Opportunity for Full-time)

We are looking for an organized, proactive and communicative person who would like to start on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and personal ambition.

We expect from you:

• To create new contacts and participate in the process of identifying, contacting and arranging meetings with potential corporate clients by phone or in person;
• To support the Delivery Division by contacting participants and clients regarding training logistics and deliveries;
• To organize meetings and assist managers with scheduling and coordination;
• To assist with finance-related administrative tasks and general secretarial work;
• To help managers have more time through your efficient assistance;
• To translate different types of documents from and into English;
• To prepare various documents, presentations and reports under managers' supervision;
• To work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Delivery Divisions;
• To take conscious actions towards enhancing the organization's reputation through professionalism and proactiveness;
• To report to the Manager in writing;
• To demonstrate loyalty, responsibility and a willingness to learn.

Training and Development

Working Conditions
• Initial employment on a 20-hour-per-week schedule;
• At least one working day per week in our Sofia office;
• Employment under a staff employment contract;
• Fixed salary plus performance-based variable remuneration;

Requirements
• Enjoy communicating with people, especially by phone;
• Excellent spoken and written English and Bulgarian;
• Excellent computer and Internet literacy;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Positive, extroverted and flexible personality with professional manners and appearance;

• Ability to initiate, organize, follow through and complete tasks;
• Desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career.
