Procurement Specialist

Our client is a dynamically growing pharmaceutical wholesaler based in Plovdiv, specializing in the distribution of medicines on the Bulgarian market. Due to company growth, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Procurement Specialist to join their team.
The person in this role will be responsible for sourcing and procuring medicines on the Bulgarian market – establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating purchase terms, and actively monitoring the availability and prices of pharmaceutical products.

Procurement Specialist, Plovdiv:

Main responsibilities:
• Actively searching for supply sources of medicines on the Bulgarian market
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with suppliers and wholesalers
• Negotiating purchase terms (price, availability, delivery deadlines)
• Ongoing monitoring of the pharmaceutical market and competitor pricing
• Building long-term business relationships that ensure supply stability

Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian pharmaceutical market
• Proven effectiveness in achieving procurement results
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build business relationships
• Independence, commitment, and high work motivation
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or wholesale industry is a plus
