Sales Back Office Manager

Company Description
Teda Pack is the largest producer of thermoformed plastic packaging for the food industry in the Balkan Region. Our company has more than 30 years of experience and is mainly oriented towards exports. Our sales team needs support in their daily operations and communication with customers, transport companies and internal warehouse personnel.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Back Office Employee located in Botevgrad. As a Back Office Employee, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the key account managers. Your tasks may include
• Billing and communicating with clients and vendors, data entry, managing documentation.
• Daily customer communication with customers.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure workflow and processes run smoothly.

Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Logistics
• Experience in a similar role with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in ERP Systems (Dynamics Business Central is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage)
