Legal Advisor

About the role:
As an Legal Advisor, you will work closely with various business functions and management teams, providing practical legal guidance and supporting strategic business decisions.
Monitor and analyse developments in European Union legislation and national regulations, assessing their impact on the business and proposing appropriate actions;
Support the implementation of legal and compliance requirements arising from EU directives, regulations, and national legislation;
Participate in projects related to regulatory compliance, sustainability, product compliance, consumer protection, and corporate governance;
Provide legal advice in the areas of commercial, civil, intellectual property, competition, consumer protection, and regulatory law;
Assist business departments including Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, HR, Finance, and Operations on a wide range of legal matters;
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, procedures, and internal legal documentation;
Develop and implement internal policies and compliance frameworks that mitigate legal risks and support business growth;
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on complex business and regulatory matters;
Coordinate communication with regulatory authorities, public institutions, courts, notaries, and external legal counsel;
Participate in cross-functional and international projects across the company’s operations.
About you:
Master’s Degree in Law;
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a corporate environment or a reputable law firm;
Strong interest in European Union law, regulatory compliance, and legislative developments;
Experience in commercial, civil, regulatory will be considered an advantage;
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic business environment;
Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities;
Team-oriented mindset, high level of responsibility, and proactive attitude.
