Lawyer/Compliance Expert (capital markets and crypto sector)

Requirements

• A master’s degree in Law. 
• Working level of English (at least C1) is a MUST, knowledge of any other language is a plus
• Willingness to travel (possibility to relocate upon agreement)
• A team player with excellent legal capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit and good communication skills
• A sense of responsibility and commitment to a high standard of work
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• High level of confidentiality and flexibility
• proficiency in MS Office
• at least 2 years of legal experience and at least one year from financial or another regulated sector
• knowledge or experience with financial regulation (capital markets, regulation of CFD and/or crypto products and services, MiFID II, MiCAR, FSC rules, AML legislation), GDPR and/or DSA
• clear criminal record
