Senior Systems & Security Administrator
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Systems & Security Administrator to take ownership of the organization’s IT infrastructure, cloud environment, and security operations.
This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining a secure, stable, and modern hybrid IT environment while supporting business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft Intune
- Manage hybrid infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments
- Maintain Windows Server infrastructure and provide advanced technical support
- Administer firewalls, VPNs, and security monitoring solutions
- Support business-critical platforms and ensure system availability
- Contribute to information security, ISO 27001 compliance, and continuous infrastructure improvements
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure, or IT Security
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Server
- Experience with enterprise networking, firewalls (Fortinet is an advantage), and hybrid environments
- Good understanding of IT security principles and security monitoring solutions
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong ownership and hands-on approach
- Proactive problem solver with attention to detail
