PCI DSS Compliance Manager


Some of your duties:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining PCI DSS compliance activities across the organization, while ensuring that all security controls and processes align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with infrastructure, engineering, and security teams to support regulated environment migrations, manage audit activities and communication with QSAs, monitor Cardholder Data Environments (CDE), and contribute to the continuous improvement of logging, monitoring, encryption, and risk management practices.


Essential requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in PCI DSS compliance, Information Security, or IT audit;
- Direct experience supporting PCI DSS Level 1 environments;
- Strong understanding of Cardholder Data Environments (CDE), network segmentation, firewall architectures, encryption, key management, logging, monitoring, and SIEM integrations;
- Experience supporting infrastructure migrations within regulated environments;
- Proven experience managing audits and working with QSAs;
- Deep knowledge of PCI DSS 4.0.1 and familiarity with change management frameworks such as ITIL;
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in engineering-driven environments.
