Responsibilities- Search and recruit candidates for employment across Europe.
- Publish job advertisements on Bulgarian job portals and social media.
- Develop cooperation with local partners and candidate sourcing channels.
- Experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Fluent Bulgarian.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Remote work from anywhere in Bulgaria.
