Qua Logistics is a dynamic and rapidly growing Transportation Company dedicated to delivery services globally.

We are located in Europe with base in Macedonia, and recently, in Netherlands. We are looking for person who has the motivation and the necessary skills to recruit new employees, and together, make possible the company grows.

 

Position: Recruiter.

Location: Bulgaria.

Start Date: Immediately

 

YOUR JOB:

·         Collaborate with hiring drivers.

·         Utilize your language skills to source, screen, and interview candidates from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

·         Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and on-boarding.

·         Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet the company's evolving needs in the international transportation sector.

·         Ensure a positive candidate, by providing personalized support and timely communication through the recruitment journey.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Language skills in English are need, writing and speaking. Bulgarian, Macedonisch, or any other language will be a significant asset to our team.

·         Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry, is an advantage.

·         Knowledge of Microsoft office applications.

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Able to team work.

·         DD – T0
