Job description:

Handle customer inquiries primarily through chat and email
Record all interactions and case details accurately in the CRM system
Adhere to established communication protocols, guidelines, and policies
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate internal teams, ensuring customers are updated throughout the process
Efficiently navigate and manage multiple systems at once

Requirements:

Native level proficiency in Czech (C1) and good command of English (B2)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy with the ability to work across multiple systems and platforms efficiently
High attention to detail and accuracy in following established processes and guidelines
Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is considered an advantage
Willingness to work in shifts from our client’s Varna office
