Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist with Czech

We are delighted to inform you that we have a new fantastic vacancy for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the team of an international company that has a great working culture and you would be joining them at a very exciting time.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and enter data for billing purposes
Validate information provided by the business operations
Input and upload all approved invoices into the system
Maintain accounts payable and vendors' files
Coordinate and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues with the finance team
Produce monthly reports and provide supporting documents for P&L reviews

The Successful Applicant:

Post-secondary education, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Previous experience in any of the field: AP/AR/P2P/GA/Invoice processing would be considered an advantage
Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
Very good computer literacy
Excellent attention to detail
Very good Czech and English skills
