Our partner is expanding its team in Sofia to support a recognized video gaming franchise. The position combines email-based case handling, content review, and the application of platform policies.
The Position:
Work environment: International digital operations team.
Communication: Email-based workflows; no voice calls.
Languages: German B2/C1+ and English B2+.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria.
Experience: No previous experience required.
Training: Paid onboarding and professional training.
Relocation: Full relocation package available. Responsibilities:
