Experienced Customer Support Specialist with French and English

Currently, we are looking for an experienced, customer-oriented professional to join an exciting international project with one of our trusted partners.

💡 The Core Role: Clear Focus, No Sales

• What you will do: Provide high-quality Customer Support (pre- and post-purchase assistance).
• The channels: Manage communication smoothly via email, live chat, and voice support.
• The best part: There are absolutely no sales activities involved.

🧩 Who We Are Looking For:

• Languages: Fluency in French (B2+ or C1) and professional English (B2).
• Experience: At least 1 year in Customer Support or a customer-facing role.
• Mindset: A professional who values stability and long-term commitment, looking to grow steadily and build lasting relations within a team.

⏰ Working Hours & Schedule:

The project operates Monday through Sunday with planned rotational shifts:
• 5 working days per week with 2 days off.
• Shifts: 09:00 – 18:00 or 12:00 – 21:00.
