You won't be sitting on the phone all day. You will:
- Assist users via chat and email
- Answer questions about the digital platform
- Help users understand and navigate the app service
- Resolve everyday platform-related issues
- Make sure every interaction is clear, accurate, and helpful.
- Fluency in one of the following languages at C1 level:
-Danish
-Norwegian
-Swedish
-Slovak
-Slovenian - English - B2 or above;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms;
- Previous experience is welcome, but not mandatory.
