Non-Voice Support Consultant with German/Dutch / Danish and English

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate different types of online content according to established quality standards and guidelines;
• Analyze content and make accurate decisions based on company policies;
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to support quality improvement;
• Ensure that all reviewed content meets the required standards and compliance criteria.

Requirements:
• Excellent command of one of the following languages (B2–C1 level): German / Dutch / and Danish;
• Good level of English (B2 or higher);
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;
• Good communication skills and ability to follow established procedures;
• Availability to work from our office in Sofia on a flexible schedule.
