We are partnering with a leading international company to recruit German or Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an international project supporting a leading sportswear brand.
In this role, you will provide pre- and post-purchase customer support via email, voice, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and general account questions, ensuring a professional and high-quality customer experience.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Sofia, with no options for home office or hybrid work .
Your Role- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice channels
- Provide professional support for pre- and post-purchase questions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Ensure timely and courteous responses to customer requests
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency
- Follow company policies and procedures while providing customer support
- Fluent German or Dutch(C1/C2) both written and spoken
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach
- Comfortable handling multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is a plus
- Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude
- Full-time on-site position in Sofia, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday (schedule may vary based on business needs)
