Auditor with Czech for NIKE - Part-Time
We are looking for a detail-oriented Auditor with Czech to join the NIKE team on a part-time basis (0.5 FTE / 4 hours per day). In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing quality, checking language accuracy, and supporting service excellence for Czech-related operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Czech and English communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and an interest in quality monitoring and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality audits
- Review customer interactions and internal outputs for quality and accuracy
- Assess compliance with internal standards and client expectations
- Identify errors, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Support language and content quality
- Evaluate Czech language quality and consistency
- Help ensure communication is clear, correct, and aligned with brand expectations
- Flag recurring translation or phrasing issues
- Provide feedback and reporting
- Share audit findings in a structured and constructive way
- Support reporting on quality trends and observations
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve overall performance
