The role is fully German-focused and offers a structured working environment with clear processes and professional standards.
Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with customers exclusively in German via phone and email.
- Handling customer inquiries accurately
- Ensuring consistent and professional service quality
- Working in a hybrid model (office and home)
- Participation in fully paid initial training
Requirements:
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
- Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Customer-oriented approach
- English is not required
- Previous experience is not required
