• Document interactions in internal CRM systems;
• Ensure a high standard of customer experience.
Requirements:
• Fluent German and English communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation;
• Ability to follow structured guides and processes;
• Strong written communication skills;
• Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude;
• Previous support experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
