• Engage with existing clients via phone and email

• Guide customers through tailored upgrade options and service enhancements

• Provide onboarding and integration support for innovative payment solutions

• Maintain clear documentation in our CRM system

• Collaborate with team leads to meet monthly KPIs

• Uphold quality, compliance, and professionalism in all communications
