Logistics Coordinator – Domestic Operations (LTL)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic LTL transport operations within Bulgaria
- Plan and monitor daily pickups and deliveries, ensuring on-time performance
- Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and customer service teams
- Maintain accurate transport data in internal systems (TMS)
- Prepare and manage transport documentation (shipping labels, waybills, etc.)
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues
- Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring high service quality

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding (min. 2 years)
- Good understanding of domestic distribution processes in Bulgaria
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – daily communication with internal teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); experience with TMS systems is a plus
