Back Office Specialist with German

We are collaborating with a global leader in technology and supply chain solutions to support the growth of their locally-based Back Office team.
Main Responsibilities
• Administer customer orders with precision and attention to detail;
• Handling written communication with corporate clients and company entities;
• Operating efficiently in a dynamic international work environment;
• Ensures accurate data entry and record maintenance in ERP/CRM platforms;
• Supports the sales and operations teams with document processing and administrative coordination.
Main Requirements:
• Fluecy in German (B2) and a good level of English (B1);
• Previous experience in administrative, operations, or back-office roles;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP or CRM systems would be advantageous;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
