Customer Care Professional with Czech, Slovak or Slovenian

We are currently helping one of our major clients - a market-leading BPO company, in establishing a new Customer Care team.
Main Requirements:
• Previous experience within the Customer Service would be considered an advantage;
• Fluency in Czech, Slovak or Slovenian language;
• An advanced level of English - B2 and above;
• Good communication and computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, e-mail, and phone calls;
• Ensure accurate and timely information is provided customers;
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
