Customer Support Professional
Do you enjoy helping others and want to work in a friendly environment providing support to international customers? If so, this could be your next job.
In addition to handling support questions, you may also participate in retention activities. This includes encouraging existing customers to continue using the services, as well as proactively reaching out (via email) to former customers to persuade them to return.
You will join our existing team of customer support specialists based at our modern office in Sofia.
Requirements:
- Previous experience from customer support or other service-oriented jobs like restaurants, stores or hotels
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
Please be aware that you will be working mainly afternoon shifts (15:00-23:00) and night shifts (23:00-07:00). Your shifts will include some weekends and public holidays. We offer a generous compensation model for working non-standard hours.
