Main responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to end-users across various platforms (chat, email, phone);
- Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction;
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering empathetic and effective support;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in any of the following languages: Czech,Slovak or Slovenian;
- Very good level of English (B2);
- Availability to work on shifts;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
