Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies, operating in sectors such as finance, IT, healthcare, and commerce. They are looking for a Client Support Specialist with Czech / Slovak or Slovenian as their team is expanding.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional support to end-users across various platforms (chat, email, phone);
• Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction;
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering empathetic and effective support;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in any of the following languages: Czech,Slovak or Slovenian;
• Very good level of English (B2);
• Availability to work on shifts;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
